Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between SIA "KGM" and the user shall first
be resolved through mutual negotiations.
11.2.
If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be
resolved by a court of the Republic of Latvia in
accordance with applicable legislation.
11.3.
If the user is a consumer, they are entitled to use
the dispute resolution mechanisms provided for in the
Consumer Rights Protection Law, including applying to
the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or the Consumer
Dispute Resolution Commission where the requirements
established by applicable legislation are met.

Amendments to the Terms
12.1.
SIA "KGM" reserves the right to amend these Terms
at any time.
